1. Services Provided
Hitesh Khambhoo provides freelance services in website development, search engine optimization (SEO), YouTube automation, 2D animation, and custom CRM/ERP tool development. The exact scope, timeline, and pricing for any project are defined under individual client agreements and scope documents.
2. Client Responsibilities
For us to deliver projects on time, clients must cooperate by providing necessary content, media assets, domain/hosting credentials, and timely feedback at milestones. Delays in providing materials may extend the project delivery timeline.
3. Payment Terms and Ownership
- Payment Schedule: Projects typically require an advance deposit before work begins, with milestone payments and a final balance due upon successful delivery and launch.
- Intellectual Property & Code Ownership: Upon receipt of the final payment, complete ownership of the custom code, design files, database backups, and hosting accounts is transferred to the client. Unlike typical agencies, we do not lock clients into restrictive proprietary platforms or charge ongoing code-access fees.
4. SEO Performance and Guarantees
While we use white-hat optimization practices, verified schemas, and strategic keyword hierarchies (as described in our SEO audits), search engine rankings depend on external factors like competitor actions, algorithm updates, and local search trends. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific #1 organic positions or search click volumes within fixed timelines.
5. Support and Maintenance
Unless covered under a monthly SLA support retainer, post-launch website modifications, updates, backups, or bug fixes are subject to separate hourly billing rates. We ensure that websites are 100% functional, responsive, and cross-browser tested at launch.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Hitesh Khambhoo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the website, custom tools, or delivered SEO systems.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barmer, Rajasthan, India.
